Herb Onion bhaji’s

This snack is a classic all other the world and this has a massala twist making them even tastier. Enjoy them before a meal, seriously simple to make and delicious to eat.

In a bowl mix all the ingredients together except the water.

When well mixed slowly add water a bit at a time to make the onion mixture stick together.

Heat oil in a pan and when hot around 150/160 degrees, gently drop a spoonful of the onion mixture into the oil.

When golden brown they are ready to eat. Serve with mint yoghurt or even ketchup.

Ingredients:

Sliced onions x 4
Fresh chives
Fresh chilli's (optional)
Gram flour 3-4 tbsp
Fresh dill 1 tsp
Fresh parsley 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Water 3-4 tbsp
oil for frying
